What is the amber newsgroup?
The amber newsgroup is just a group of individuals who are interested in amber. We are found all over the world from Zaire to Serbia. Most of us are just interested folks in the study, some are college and high school teachers, we represent all walks of life. Our common thread is the love (or interest) of amber.

Do I have to send emails, can I just watch what happens?
You do not ever have to send emails to the newsgroup. Many people are very happy just to watch the dialogue of others as they talk about amber. We do encourage you to participate, but you certainly do not have to!
