Madagascar Copal - Lizard Tail
Madagascar copal is not rare, although it is not commonly found for sale. What is rare is a real lizard for sale. This is a large chunk of copal. It is about 4 x 3 x .5 inches in size. The copal is clear and rather lovely. Near the middle is the distal 1/2 inch of a lizard tail. The lizard is unknown. In addition there are a number of scuttle cf flies, many worker ants, a few midges, 2 bark-louses', a click beetle and more. It is fun to look at all the animals.
