Special payment

This is a form to pay previously agreed amounts to Amberica West. We take VISA, Discover, PayPal, American Express and MasterCard.

Assuming that you have been in contact with the folks at Amberica West, just put in the amount that you need (including the postage) - that is - just put the total amount to be paid to Amberica West in the box below.

One point before you do so, whatever amount you put in the box, the system will add $8.65 to your order (we cannot prevent it from doing so.) So please subtract $8.65 from whatever amount you have agreed upon so that the final amount will be correct - if that is appropriate.
